Jace: There was a light purple fox lounging about the safe room. He looked like he might be trying to do something, but he also didn't look ready to get up. He yawned and stretched. His unusually long tail flicked, he suddenly stood, and then he bolted out of the same room like a mutant rat was chasing him; tail streaming behind him like a banner from an airplane.

Sutu: The sewers were usually quiet where the cream colored fox lurked. It surprised her then to hear the quickly approaching claws of what she assumed to be another fox. Had she really come this close to the front of the sewers? She definitely hadn't meant to come that far. She hesitated as she stared at the corner in front of her. If they were in trouble they would harass her into helping them. Or if they weren't in trouble they might harass her just for the sake of company. She sighed lightly and simply sat down. If they stopped she would do her best to not become irritated with them immediately. And if they went on their way she would continue on hers.

Jace: Keiran slowed down so he could take the corner and not run into anything. He was still going a little fast though and didn't quite realize someone was there. He saw the lighter colored fox and jumped to the side to prevent himself from running into them.
"Hey!! Why are you just chilling in the middle of the path here?!" he shouted angrily. "Jeez. What's with others?" He muttered more to himself.

Sutu: The light in Yoka's eyes was cut, as if she had lowered unseen eyelids. "Why are you running like a crazed rat for no reason? This is the sewers after all, you should probably expect there to be foxes all over the place." She flicked her ear dismissively and stood up to stretch. "I was going to be nice and help if there was a problem, but it doesn't look like this is worth my time after all."

Jace: "It doesn't look like this is worth my time after all." Keiran mouthed off mocking her without thinking. "Well, you should expect foxes to be running. Most do it, whether or not they actually have a reason." He seemed to have worn off his initial surprise at this point. "Also, if I was in trouble and needed help you would know before I was actually talking to you." He added as he tried to reign himself in. He wrapped his tail around himself unconsciously. This fox made him a little nervous, like they reminded him of somebody. He couldn't quite think of who it was though. Maybe, if he could get them to talk more he'd get it.
"Besides, if I'm in a hurry to get somewhere, that's my business." He added with a little huff. He could already tell he wasn't going to like this one.

Sutu: The cream colored vixen flicked her tail as she turned and started walking away. "Ah, another reason to stay away from here then. The foxes towards the back of the sewers are more considerate and...probably a little smarter. But in any case. Have fun running, I suppose." She moved her head to glance over her shoulder at him. "Be a dear and try not to run into anyone else."

Jace: Keiran sighed. "Maybe...they are smarter." He gave his head a shake and thought for a moment. "I don't enjoy running. It's what I was going to do that was gonna be fun. This run in with you has killed that though." He gave his head another shake.
Maybe, I can annoy this fox and make myself feel better? That would be fun, but I think it will end up worse for me. Well, whatever I'll just try to get the fun back in what I was going to do.
He probably shouldn't follow them, but he just had to get to the place he wanted to go anyway. He continued on his way not speaking, but also making sure this other one knew he was headed in the same direction.
"Hopefully, my path split's from this one's somewhere up ahead." He muttered to himself. His head was hanging and he was plodding along slowly so as not to get too close to the other.

Sutu: "Wonderful, I'm glad I could be of service~" she chirped back, seeming to bounce a little as she walked now. She really didn't care if he liked her or not. She brushed him off as someone who wouldn't be of any use, so there was no reason to waste time on him.
She did hear him following after her though and rolled her eyes. Maybe he was just going this way to get to that really fun place he was talking about. Hopefully that was it. She didn't want this whiny kit following her all the way back.

Jace: Keiran had a great thought: I will copy her walking style; it will be fun. He picked up his pace to match the other fox's. After a couple seconds of walking at the new pace, he started mimicking the way she walked, exaggerating a bit. He kept a close eye on her so he could stop doing it if she were to turn to look at him. He also decided to see if he could mess with her a little. Using his affinity, he made some small dark spots in front of her that kind of blended in with the other darkness, but they shifted about in odd ways.

Sutu: She could see what he was doing out of the corner of her eye, and it did indeed get to her a little bit. She was thankful the mask was there to hide any changes in expression. She closed her eyes though, causing the light to disappear from the mask, and tried to calm herself. He's just an immature newborn, he just wants a reaction. Try to not give it to him.

But when she opened her eyes again and noticed the weird spots dancing in front of her, it was the last straw. She growled and turned her head to him, her scowled mask glowering at him. "What kind of fool do you take me for?!" she snapped. "You think some silly tricks of the light are going to be enough to cause me to worry? Despite the fact there weren't there two seconds ago?! I know it's you!" She swatted at the blobs angrily. "That's so pathetic! You're pathetic! Unless you are an illusion fox, that is the silliest thing I've ever seen! If you are an illusion fox, you should be ashamed of yourself! Doing petty things like moving shadows for an illusion. Only the dumbest of foxes would go for something like that!"

Jace: Keiran smiled on the inside knowing he had gotten to her. This was the perfect way to end this, but he wasn't quite done with her after the way she had made him feel a little bit ago.
"Ohh, now isn't that nice. You can say mean things while shouting too." He said in his most sarcastic voice. "Well why would you automatically jump to that idea about my affinity? Are you trying to project some of yourself onto me?" His voice took a condescending tone as he added the last thought to the first.
He made sure to not smile on the outside, but filed away the fact that this fox was probably illusion simply based on her reaction. He was going to try milking this for all it was worth. After the way she had treated him, he figured this was the perfect payback. Plus, if he ever saw this one again after this, he could always find another way to get under her skin. He was sure some thought would allow him to come up with a few more ways to get there.
"I guess that maybe you aren't as smart or worthwhile as you might think." He added lastly before even letting her try to speak again.

If you are an illusion fox, you should be ashamed of yourself! Doing petty things like moving shadows for an illusion. Only the dumbest of foxes would go for something like that!"
"I believe I already made my point about how I'm worthwhile. If you were hoping I'd protect you, you are very sorely mistaken now. I wouldn't help you if you begged me," she hissed before turning back and walking down the path again. Why were these foxes so stupid!?

Jace: He laughed at the remark she made about helping him. "I would never want the help of some stuck up, stupid fox anyway. You can't even guess my affinity correctly." He then made a small globe of darkness in front of her face plunging her into total darkness.
He only held it for a moment to piss her off more. This was way better than practicing alone. With someone to practice on, he could work on moving the globe with them. Now he could leave in a good mood.
"Hope I never see you again." He said as he walked away from her back toward the safe room. This was one fox he didn't even care that he didn't know her name.

Sutu: Yoka scoffed, but held her head up high as if trying to pretend she hadn't had that little outburst. She had just told herself not to give into his stupid tricks. She would need to work on that. Stupid foxes being all obnoxious and getting on her nerves...
"Don't make me laugh," she growled. "I can say that about your affinity because it's true. That was sad. Even a rat wouldn't fall for something so basic. I can scare rats. I have before and I'll do it again. But if that's all you can do I'd suggest making friends with someone who's actually worthwhile and hoping they pity you enough to keep you around." His tone was really getting to her too and she couldn't help but let out and annoyed growl. He sure talked all high and mighty for someone who was barely above the scum down here...

Hey babe, you accidentally copied one of Yoka's responses wrong; you doubled the one that starts with "Wonderful, I'm glad I could be of service~" and left out the one where she makes fun of his affinity the first time ovo;
